During his tenure, the business grew to more than £60 million in revenue and over £250 million in market capitalization, specializing in workforce management, remote condition monitoring, and rail consulting services. McArthur also has a background in venture capital and consulting through prior roles with IP Group Plc and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Brent Laing brings more than 40 years of railroad engineering and operational leadership experience across North America. Laing has held senior leadership roles including Vice President Engineering and Chief Engineer at both Canadian Pacific Railway and Canadian National Railway, overseeing major infrastructure programs and multi-billion-dollar engineering portfolios. A long-time industry colleague of Greg Fogarty, Laing is widely respected for his expertise in railroad operations, infrastructure strategy, safety management systems, and emerging technologies.
